Yes Hello Textile is completely free to download.

  • – Navigate to the Play Store and download the Hello Textile mobile app.
  • – Sign up form.
  • – Ones you Sign up, Hello Textile will send you a One-time password via SMS on your registered mobile number. Please check your SMS and input the password manually.
  • – Your registration will be complete ones your ID has been approved by the admin.

This is because all group chats are admin controlled and users have to wait for the admin\’s approval

Only those messages will be approved which meets the app’s guidelines.

  • – Sending irrelevant messages in group chats
  • – Sending bulk messages in group chats.
  • – Messages with price/contact information or anything that conflict the policy of the app

Yes you can contact other users in the groups by just clicking on to their profile picture and send them a private message. Personal messaging is not admin controlled; you can send/reply 24/7.

You can switch ON/OFF any one or more of your group chat notifications by just pressing the bell icon on top right of the group chat window.
