Terms Of User:
By downloading, browsing, accessing or using the Hello Textile mobile application (“Mobile Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions of Use, you must immediately discontinue your access to the Mobile Application and your use of the services offered on the Mobile Application. Continued use of the Mobile Application will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use, as may be amended from time to time.
Registration:
You must register for our Services using accurate information, provide your current mobile phone number, and, if you change it, update your mobile phone number then you must inform the helpline by calling or via email. You agree to receive text messages and phone calls (from us) with codes to verify and register for our Services.
In order to use our Services, you consent to download and install the application in your android or apple devices. You also consent to our sending you notifications via Hello Textile from time to time, as necessary to keep you updated about our Services.
Acceptable Use OF Services:
You must use our Services according to our Terms and policies. If you violate our Terms or policies, we may take action with respect to your account, including disabling or suspending your account and, if we do, you must not create another account without our permission.
You must access and use our Services only for legal, authorized, and acceptable purposes. You will not use (or assist others in using) our Services in ways that: (a) violate, misappropriate, or infringe the rights of Hello Textile, our users, or others, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights; (b) are illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, intimidating, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or instigate or encourage conduct that would be illegal or otherwise inappropriate, including promoting violent crimes; (c) involve publishing falsehoods, misrepresentations, or misleading statements; (d) impersonate someone; (e) involve sending illegal or impermissible communications, or (f) involve any non-personal use of our Services unless otherwise authorized by us.
Keeping Your Account Secure:
You are responsible for keeping your device and your Hello Textile account safe and secure, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account or our Services
Hello Textile rights:
We own all copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights associated with our Services. You may not use our copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
INDEMNITY:
You agree to indemnify and keep us indemnified against any claim, action, suit or proceeding brought or threatened to be brought against us which is caused by or arising out of, or in any way in connection with any of the following: (a) your access to or use of our Services, including information provided in connection therewith; (b) your breach of our Terms or of applicable law; or (c) any misrepresentation made by you. You will cooperate as fully as required by us in the defense or settlement of any Third Party Claim. 7.2 Your rights with respect to Hello Textile are not modified by the foregoing indemnification if the laws of your country of residence, applicable as a result of your use of our Services, do not permit it
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
All editorial content, information, photographs, illustrations, artwork and other graphic materials, and names, logos and trade marks on the Mobile Application are protected by copyright laws and/or other laws and/or international treaties, and belong to us and/or our suppliers, as the case may be. These works, logos, graphics, sounds or images may not be copied, reproduced, re transmitted, distributed, disseminated, sold, published, broadcasted or circulated whether in whole or in part, unless expressly permitted by us and/or our suppliers, as the case may be.
Nothing contained on the Mobile Application should be construed as granting by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the Mobile Application without our written permission. Misuse of any trademarks or any other content displayed on the Mobile Application is prohibited.
We will not hesitate to take legal action against any unauthorized usage of our trademarks, name or symbols to preserve and protect its rights in the matter. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Other product and company names mentioned herein may also be the trademarks of their respective owners.
AMENDMENTS:
We may periodically make changes to the contents and layout of the Mobile Application at any time and without notice. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Mobile Application.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Use from time to time without notice. The revised Terms and Conditions of Use will be posted on the Mobile Application and shall take effect from the date of such posting. You are advised to review these terms and conditions periodically as they are binding upon you.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:
The Mobile Application can be accessed from all countries around the world where the local technology permits.
