Yes Hello Textile is completely free to download.

HOW TO REGISTER ON HELLO TEXTILE APP?

– Navigate to the Play Store and download the Hello Textile mobile app.

– Sign up form.

– Ones you Sign up, Hello Textile will send you a One-time password via SMS on your registered mobile number. Please check your SMS and input the password manually.

– Your registration will be complete ones your ID has been approved by the admin.

WHY MY MESSAGES ARE NOT SHOWING IN GROUP CHATS?

This is because all group chats are admin controlled and users have to wait for the admin\’s approval

WHY MY MESSAGES ARE BEING DELETED?

Only those messages will be approved which meets the app’s guidelines.
– Sending irrelevant messages in group chats

– Sending bulk messages in group chats.

– Messages with price/contact information or anything that conflict the policy of the app

CAN I SEND PRIVATE MESSAGES TO OTHER USERS?

Yes you can contact other users in the groups by just clicking on to their profile picture and send them a private message. Personal messaging is not admin controlled; you can send/reply 24/7.

HOW CAN I CONTROL MY GROUP CHAT NOTIFICATIONS ?

You can switch ON/OFF any one or more of your group chat notifications by just pressing the bell icon on top right of the group chat window.

CAN I ADVERTISE MY PRODUCTS/BUSINESS IN HELLO TEXTILE APP?

Yes you can advertise your products in our app to boost your business. For any further details on this please contact on contactus@hellotextile.com . A representative from Hello Textile will contact you and give you the required details.

HOW CAN I AVAIL THE MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES?

WHY AM I UNABLE TO LOG IN ?
